SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
The shipping orders are immediately made to formalize the payment. (Shipments leave from Bizkaia)
SHIPPING:
Spain: € 6.50
Balearic and Canary Islands: € 14.50
International shipments: € 14.50
After sending the package, it takes approximately:
* 2-5 working days: Spain.
* 6-12 days working: for most European countries.
* Working 15 days: International.
EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
Simply email [email protected] with details of your original order, and the item you want to change.
Please contact us before returning a shipment. Your unworn, unused item(s) may be return or exchange within 30 days of the shipping date. Tags should still be on garments. Please note that items received after 30 days of ship date will only be eligible for an exchange. Any defective item or incorrect shipment will be replaced at no shipping charge to you.
CHANGES
You can change unworn items within 30 days of the shipment date. Labels should remain on garments. We will send you the requested item without shipping cost to you.
The customer is responsible for all return freight charges, including duty and tax, if applicable. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries. For your protection, we suggest you return the goods by registered post or insurance carrier and product value. This insurance will be very useful in case of damage or loss of the goods by the carrier. In any case, any return costs borne by the consumer.
Baiges Design cannot accept exchanges for "change of mind" on garments that have been worn and / or have no tags attached.
RETURNS
You can return unused items within 30 days of the shipping date for a refund, minus the original shipping and handling. Tags should remain on garments. Please note that the items received after 30 days from the shipping date change is not permitted.

VOUCHER
In case of return, you will be given a voucher that can be exchanged for any Baiges Design garment of the same price or less. It can also be used as a partial payment if the acquisition of a garment higher value.
Design Baiges are not responsible for lost or stolen vouchers and therefore are not replaceable. Vouchers are not redeemable for cash.
